You are responsible for complete event management, including transport, technical support, administrative processing, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety aspects:
Ensure customer satisfaction (report, monitor, adjust, and achieve KPIs).
Maintain a close contact with our client.
Closely follow requirements regarding QHSE: maintain QHSE standards and being highly sensitive to quality, safety, and health regulations.
Strictly maintain confidentiality and serve as a role model in adhering to internal rules and external legislation.
Oversee, control, and report on transport, technical modification requests, events & shoots, administrative tasks, and fleet management.
Direct, monitor, and optimize daily work organization and procedures. This includes supervise the own/hired personnel and translating business objectives to the departments.
Coach, guide and motivate employees to achieve organizational and departmental goals.
Communicate at several levels, internal and external.
Taking presence at events (national, international).
Jouw profiel
Fluent in Dutch and English, French is an asset.
Knowledge of automotive (technical and logistics).
Good knowledge of H&S regulations.
People coach with networking skills.
Lead by example.
Plan actions and projects, determine objectives and priorities.
Maintain result-oriented work under time pressure or difficult circumstances.
Solution-oriented.
Willing to travel to the Genk headquarters frequently.
